Abstract:

The article provides the case of vasospastic (variant) angina in a young man with myocardial infarction and typical chest pain without atherosclerotic obstruction of the coronary arteries on coronary angiography. Contemporary diagnosis, correction of risk factors and adequate management improved clinical status of the patient.
