The article presents a rare case of intrapancreatic location of the accessory spleen. Due to the impossibility of completely excluding pancreatic tumor at the stage of examination, indications for minimally invasive surgery were formulated. The patient was able to perform a robotic pancreas tail resection with preservation of the spleen. An additional spleen was verified during an urgent and final histological examination of the preparation.
