Abstract:

Goal. To research the effect of DHP on the status of the cardiac closure function with complete esophagofundoplication for GERD in patients with axial hernia of esophageal hiatus. Material and methods. Over the period from 2001 to 2015, 332 patients with GERD and HEH by videolaparoscopy were operated. 56 from them were examined in the long term after the operation and formed the basis of the work. All of them carried out our developed videolaparoscopy dosed esophagofundoplication, previously proposed for open access. Results. According to FEGDD with chromoscopy before surgery, reflux-esophagitis among all 56 people in 53 patients was detected (94.64±0.93%), with reflux esophagitis 1 degree (89.29±1.81%) according to the classification of A.F. Chernousov [9]. After surgical treatment reflux-esophagitis was detected in 17 patients (30.36±6.85%), moreover in patients with diaphragmo-hiatoplasty it was 2.7 times less than without it. Conclusion. The high efficacy of hiatoplasty in the surgical treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease in patients with axial cardiofundal HEH was revealed.
