Hiatal hernia is one of the most common surgical pathologies of the gastrointestinal tract. There are presented results of videoendosurgical treatment of 112 patients with complicated forms of hiatal hernia. In the immediate postoperative period adverse clinical outcomes pass over. In 16 patients with Barrett's esophagus in the postoperative period was performed endoscopic argon-plasma coagulation. Treatment of patients with complicated forms of hiatal hernia have a comlex approach, which should begin with conservative measures . Videoendosurgical interventions are operations of choice in the treatment of patients with complicated forms of hiatal hernia. Granting of Barrett's esophagus in the postoperative period indicated the use of argon-plasma coagulation, as well as carrying out medical treatment.
