The results of 340 simultaneous endovideosurgeries for the treatment of surgical and gynecological diseases are presented in the article. Aiming to diagnose comorbidities advanced preoperative examination is suggested independent of the diseasesurgery is performed for. Simultaneous endovideosurgeries are method of choice in the treatment of surgical and gynecological comorbidities.
