The aim of study consisted in the proof of possibility of application of 3D laparoscopy in pediatric population. Our experience based on performance of 48 endosurgical operations in three-dimensional format between January 2014 and December 2014. We demonstrated in this study a success of 3D laparoscopy at patients with inguinal hernia, congenital hypertrophic pyloric stenosis, gastroesophageal reflux, hydronephrosis, ovarian cyst and multicystic kidney.
