Abstract:

The paper provides a morphological and immunohistochemical account of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma developing in a patient with chronic lympholeukemia - Richter's syndrome. There is a mismatch between the histological and cytological structure of a tumor in the bone marrow and lymph node.
