Abstract:

Legal prosecution of physicians is an urgent problem of modern medicine. Modern invasive treatment technologies inevitably increase the risk of complications. Adequate assessment of benefits and risks of medical and diagnostic manipulations is important in daily practice of physicians. In unfavorable outcomes of disease and/or treatment, medical workers need to know the algorithm of actions to protect themselves against unfounded accusations.
