Abstract:

OBJECTIVE

To develop the software tools for estimation of course of ankylosing spondylitis.

MATERIAL AND METHODS

Software diagnostic tools were created in design environment Visual Studio 2019 by using C# programming language on the platforms Net Framework (PC) and Xamarin (Android). Data on overall incidence of ankylosing spondylitis were obtained from available sources of the Federal Research Institute for Health Organization and Informatics.

RESULTS

As a result of this project, we have developed PC software ASDiaTest and its mobile analog ASDiaTestMobile. The authors got certificates issued by the federal service for intellectual property. Software functionality satisfies the requirements of rheumatology. These tools may be used for diagnosis of ankylosing spondylitis.

CONCLUSION

Pain is an important sign of ankylosing spondylitis activity. Therefore, assessment of patients with ankylosing spondylitis can be made at outpatient stage of medical examination. It is assumed that digital technologies in automatic analysis of indexes will reduce the load on physicians. Therefore, higher quality of diagnostic measures and efficiency of treatment may be expected.
