Abstract:

OBJECTIVE

To develop the program of computerized psychological diagnostics in persons of extreme professions.

MATERIAL AND METHODS

A system for computerized psychological diagnostics was used.

RESULTS

A comprehensive methodology for testing and training on the computerized psychological testing complex “SCHUFRIED” (VIENNA) was developed for people in extreme professions (medical workers). The last one allows for objective and standardized assessment of psychological characteristics and selection of optimal program for prevention of professional burnout (stress) and creation of conditions for psychological comfort.

CONCLUSION

Psychological support can help medical workers cope with emotional stress, develop self-regulation skills and improve overall mental health.
