The purpose is: description of clinical observation — successful removal of a foreign body (diode lamp) from the larynx in a child aged one year. Despite the large size of the aspirated object and its localization at the level of the glottis child is breathing through the natural airway. The foreign body was removed through natural ways, with direct laryngoscopy, avoiding the complications. The given supervision once more emphasizes necessity of opportunely carrying out of the objective tests, for revealing foreign bodies of respiratory ways at children of younger age.
