Abstract:

The author considers the role of viral and bacterial infections in etiopathogenesis of endothelial dysfunction and the associated tubal disorders, exudative processes in the inner and middle ears, and neurosensory hearing impairment. The importance of the investigations into local and systemic pathogenetic mechanisms underlying the diseases of the inner and medium ears is substantiated. The close relationship between angiogenic cochleotubular disorders and endothelial dysfunction is emphasized.
