Abstract:

The purpose of the study is to investigate the results of performing forensic medical examinations on «medical cases» from the point of view of establishing a direct causal relationship between the failure to provide medical care and an unfavorable outcome. Possible ways of establishing a direct cause-and-effect relationship of failure (full or partial) with an unfavorable outcome (for example, death) are shown.
