Abstract:

The incidence of cleft lip and/or palate (CLP) in Kirov region is 1:1078 newborns. More than half of the patients (52%) have both cleft lip and palate thus requiring more complex and time consuming treatment. Multidisciplinary approach to CLP patients rehabilitation used in tertiary care center is described in the study.
