Uterine fibroids are one of the most common tumors of the female reproductive system. In this article, based on the latest domestic and world publications and clinical recommendations of the Russian Federation, the issues of adjuvant therapy in patients with uterine fibroids after myomectomy (the use of GnRH agonists-antagonist and selective progesterone receptor modulators — SPRM) are highlighted.
