These days, a person lives in a digital space with constantly changing technologies. Gadgets and devices help at work, at school, at home, on vacation, in medicine and at the same time affect physical activity, often leading to its decrease. The article addresses the influence of the digital space on various age groups of the population: the inclusion of children under 5 years of age in the hypodynamic process, the aggravation of physical inactivity of modern students, and the need to increase the physical activity of older people, taking into account the comorbidity.
