Abstract:

This article presents the results of evaluating programs for the prevention of noncommunicable diseases and the formation of a healthy lifestyle, implemented in the subjects of the Russian Federation, which were obtained out using the developed universal tool (questionnaire). It was demonstrated that out of 13 analyzed programs, 8 were developed according to the stages of the program cycle, however, none of them fully meets all the criteria of the questionnaire. Only four programs are as close as possible to the criteria of the questionnaire and may be recommended for including into the database of best practices.
