Abstract:

Verification of the diagnosis of male infertility is a serious methodological problem. Etiological and pathogenetic aspects of patospermia are insufficiently substantiated, which is accompanied by the predominance of its idiopathic forms and usually use in the correction of empiric therapy or surgical treatment for a relative indications. It was established that integral indicator of fertility men (IIF) can optimize the identification process patospermia and at the same time to facilitate the choice of optimal correction. This approach allows us to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of treatment more objectively.
