This article presents a review of modern literature data on the functional changes in sperm cells and their role in a barren marriage. The study results assessing the impact of Speroton on functional characteristics of sperm and actual fertility of men with idiopathic patozoospermia are presented. The data present a selective approach to the diagnosis and treatment of patients with idiopathic patozoospermiа.
