Abstract:

A case report of spermatogenesis restoration in man with hypogonadotrophic hypogonadism due to androgenic anabolic abuse. Hormonal stimulation of testicular function was performed using hCG and hMG. Spermatogenesis fully recovered after 9 months from the start of treatment. Pregnancy was achieved with the help of IVF.
