Abstract:

Objective - to establish the indications for the method of cystic ovarian tumors treatment. Material and methods. The hormonal and ultrasound examination including dopplerometry. Different approaches to the disorders treatment were used: hormonal therapy, cystectomy and ovaryectomy. Results. Conservative therapy was effective in 14 patients, resection of ovarian cysts was performed in 30.8%, ovaryectomy - in 6.4% cases. Conclusion. Operative laparoscopy, is the method of choice in patients with no results after conservative therapy.
