Abstract:

The article provides a comparative analysis of the existing legislation concerning the reproductive human rights to assisted reproductive technologies. The structural changes in legal rules governing the procedures of assisted reproductive technologies are marked. The required conditions for assisted reproduction techniques and gaps in the legal regulation in this area are discussed.
