Abstract:

Abstract We present case report of complication after filler injection. Successful differential diagnosis was carried out using high-frequency ultrasound. This diagnostic technology is becoming more common in cosmetology due to not only occurrence of complications after injection therapy. This method is essential for differentiating the types of excipients and their interaction with surrounding tissues and vessels, scheduling subsequent therapy and adequate assessment of possible risks. This case report is of interest for dermatologists and cosmetologists.
