Abstract:

Malignant skin neoplasms occupy a significant place in the structure of oncological morbidity. Among women, skin cancer ranks second (15.6%), while among men, third (11.2%). The main risk factor is ultraviolet radiation. The primary treatment method remains surgical, which raises the question of reconstructing the affected area. During reconstructive and plastic surgeries, there is a difficulty in harvesting the required amount of donor material to close the defect. In this regard, it is necessary to find a skin grafting method that meets functional and aesthetic surgical criteria.
