Abstract:

The incidence of metastatic lung lesion in malignant neoplasms of other organs ranges from 20 to 54%. In 80% of cases, lung metastases are detected even before clinical manifestations. Timely surgical treatment in this group of patients can achieve an increase in the overall survival rate of up to 40%. This paper presents experience with combination treatment in a patient with cholangiocellular carcinoma and lung metastases.
