Abstract:

The paper describes a clinical case demonstrating the successful experience of treating a 67-year-old female patient with a verified diagnosis of gastric cancer who had previously undergone orthotopic heart transplantation for severe heart failure due to postinfarction cardiosclerosis. This clinical case demonstrates the authors’ experience in treating patients with concurrent diseases.
