The paper deals with the issues of endoscopic treatment for a recurrent tumor with tracheal injury and stenosis after combined treatment in a female patient diagnosed with lung cancer. This clinical example is used to consider the stages and sequence of endotracheobronchial surgery techniques in order to restore airway patency and to eliminate the threat of stenosis and asphyxia. It is shown that the endoscopic treatment methods can improve the quality of life in cancer patients and make it possible to subsequently consider the issue of additional treatment options.
