Relevance of the problem of polyneoplasia is not in doubt due to the increase in the number of patients with primary multiple cancer, which is a consequence of the annual increase in the number of cases of newly diagnosed solitary malignant neoplasms; this is especially true of tumors of the female reproductive system. In this study, we analyzed the incidence, combinations, intervals of occurrence, age and survival of patients with reproductive system polyneoplasia in women using the example of primary multiple breast cancer according to the data from the Chelyabinsk Regional Clinical Center for Oncology and Nuclear Medicine for 15 years. The data obtained may be used in clinical practice for primary, secondary and tertiary cancer prevention in women.
