Abstract:

The paper considers the similarity and difference between two technologies recommended by the WHO for the early detection of malignant tumors, such as early diagnosis and screening. The example of the United Kingdom shows the need for a national cancer program aimed at reducing mortality rates from cancer, as well as the capabilities of both approaches to the early diagnosis of cancer to achieve the program’s goals.
