Currently, there are many possibilities for the use of chromatographic methods in clinical laboratory diagnostics: diagnostics of metabolic disorders (hereditary and acquired), toxicology, therapeutic drug monitoring, etc. This article describes the use of liquid chromatography for the diagnosis of various pathological conditions and examples of using this method for preventive medicine. This article describes the options for the use of the HPLC method with different variants of detection for the diagnosis of diseases such as hypo- and hyper-vitaminosis, oxidative stress, osteoporosis, pheochromocytoma, neuroblastoma, disorders of synthesis of heme and hemoglobin disorders.
