In the process of treatment of age-related changes in the face a combination of methods that have different mechanisms of action and provide effects at different tissue levels is justified and promising from the point of pathogenesis. This strategy allows achieving natural and more pronounced results. A review and analysis of available publications on the combined approach for the treatment of age-related changes, as well as the accumulation of experience are of great importance for determining the criteria for combining various methods. With the growing popularity of non-surgical methods for the treatment of age-related changes in the face where injections of botulinum toxin, fillers based on hyaluronic acid and laser rejuvenation occupy a leading position; the interaction of physical factors and injection agents is of considerable interest. The article provides an overview of studies on this topic based on their analysis and personal experience of the authors. Practical recommendations are presented on the combined treatment with laser methods of rejuvenation, botulinum toxin and hyaluronic acid fillers, protocols of management for patients with a predominance of age-related changes at different tissue levels.
