Современные спейсеры для коррекции ретракции нижнего века

Резюме

Функциональные и анатомические проблемы, сопряженные с ретракцией нижнего века (РНВ), могут оказывать существенное влияние на зрение и качество жизни пациента. Известны многочисленные методики коррекции положения и контура нижнего века, однако хирургическая тактика зачастую сложна и недостаточно эффективна. Один из широко применяемых методов — освобождение ретракторов века с использованием спейсерного трансплантата. В настоящей публикации представлен обзор литературы, посвященный существующим спейсерам для коррекции положения нижнего века.
