In cosmetology, manipulations with the skin integrity violation are widespread, so the search for new drugs that can reduce the regeneration time of the defects obtained is very relevant. Study purpose — comparison of the clinical efficacy of drugs recommended for laser wounds regeneration. Material and methods. Observed 182 patients after removal of benign skin tumors by laser. Divided patients into 6 groups: in the 1st group (n=24), the wound was treated with fucorcin, in the 2nd (n=17) a cream containing 1% silver sulfadiazine was applied under the patch, in the 3rd (n=20) — spray with epidermal growth factor (EGF), in the 4th (n=14) — spray with EGF under the patch, in the 5th (n=11) — coating with hyaluronic acid and collagen (HACC) under the patch, in the 6th (n=10) — spray with EGF and coating with hyaluronic acid and collagen under the patch. Evaluated regeneration immediately after removal, on days 3, 7, 14, and 21 according to 5 parameters: the depth and diameter of the defect, perifocal erythema, subjective sensations, and the period of discharge of the crust. Results. Determined the correlation between the defect diameter and erythema characteristics in the 5th (on the day 3, r=0.70), in the 2nd (on the day 7, r=0.65), in the 3rd (on the day 7, r=0.56) groups, between the diameter of the defect and the period of discharge of the crust — in the 3rd group (r=0.59), between the period of discharge of the crust and the characteristics of erythema — in the 2nd group (on the day 7, r=0.71). Conclusion. With an average diameter of the defect, the fastest regeneration was observed in the 6th group (7.8 days). The administration of drugs under the patch causes inconvenience in patients. It is promising to create combined medicinal products for laser wounds regeneration.
