Despite the availability of highly effective systemic and topical drugs, treatment of patients with acne is still a pressing issue. There is an open question of compliance, since, despite the patients’ desire to get rid of the rash, most of them (up to 50%) have a low adherence to standard therapy. In this case, administration of dermocosmetics may be a solution. Objective. The objective of the investigation was to study the efficacy of Efaklar Duo+ cream-gel as a monotherapy and as a part of integrated treatment in patients with various severity of acne. Material and methods. We conducted observational, multicenter study, which involved 2228 patients aged 14 to 48 years (median 19.6±4.5 years). The majority of patients were diagnosed with mild (56.4%) and moderate (41.6%) acne. Results. The use of Efaklar Duo+ cream-gel as a monotherapy in patients with mild acne and as a part of standard drug therapy in patients with moderate acne demonstrated high therapeutic efficacy both in terms of retention and inflammatory elements as evidenced by the positive dynamics of GEA index. Administration of Efaklar Duo+ cream-gel contributes to the rapid relief of post-acne symptoms, eliminating persistent erythema and hyperpigmentation.
