The paper discusses possible combinations of chronic dermatoses. The literature data on the comorbidity of immune dermatoses are analyzed. Combinations reported in the literature are presented, which include neurosyphilis and scleroderma; lupus erythematosus and ichthyosis; lupus erythematosus and Devergie’s disease; lupus erythematosus, lichen planus hypertrophic, and Duhring’s dermatitis; psoriasis and lupus erythematosus. A clinical case of concomitant scleroderma and psoriasis is presented. The point of the case is that a female patient had not consulted a doctor for trunk skin rash for 15 years. The reason for visiting a doctor was increased itching in the affected areas and a psoriatic plaque on the left knee.
