Abstract:

The paper presents general information on late-onset acne in women over 25 years of age. It considers its etiology, pathogenesis, clinical picture, and treatment. Emphasis is placed on the need to use individual treatment programs, by choosing cosmetic products, in this pathology. The application of Effaclar Duo, a product designed by La Roche-Posay specialists, demonstrated positive clinical changes. The results allow one to recommend Effaclar Duo for skin care in mild and moderate acne in women.
