Abstract:

The author describes methods for nvestigation and medical intervention in three groups of patients with atopic dermatitis. Those of group 1 presented with skin manifestations of this pathology, group 2 with skin manifestations and co-morbid allergosis, and group 3 with rhinosinusopathy and co-morbid pathology of the hepatobiliary system. Different methods are estimated in terms of cost effectiveness. The criteria are developed for the assessment of the efficacy of therapeutic programs differing in overall expenditures.
