Abstract:

The authors describe the technique for visualizing the infrarenal abdominal aorta (surgical approach and optimal positioning of intestinal loops during reconstructive interventions on the abdominal aorta). In addition to excellent visualization of the aorta (juxtarenal and infrarenal aorta), this technique can reduce traction-induced trauma of intestinal and mesenteric loops, prevent its dehydration and reduce the incidence of postoperative intestinal paresis.
