Abstract:

It is presented surgical treatment of patient with recurrent pulmonary embolism, free-floating thrombus in patent foramen ovale, pulmonary embolism and multiple-vessel coronary artery disease. Patient underwent emergency surgery involving thrombectomy from right, left atrium and pulmonary arteries, closure of patent foramen ovale and CABG of left anterior descending artery and posterior descending artery under cardiopulmonary bypass and cardioplegia.
