It was analyzed the results of coronary artery bypass operation performed in case of acute coronary syndrome in 37 patients (35 men, 2 women) under the age of 40 years (mean age 36.6±0.4 years), including 11 (29.7%) patients younger than 35 years. The frequency of hospital complications was 29.7%. Mortality was 0% for 30 days of observation. There were not coronary symptoms recurrences, repeat revascularization and deaths in terms of up to 6 months after operation (the results were evaluated in 100% of patients). The long-term results were assessed from 1 year to 12 years in 23 (62.2%) patients. In terms of up to 5 and 10 years a good result persisted in 87.5 and 64.3% of patients respectively. The recurrence of coronary symptoms was in 12.5 and 35.7% of observations respectively. The repeat revascularization was required in 12.5 and 14.3% of patients respectively. Neurological disorders and death were not observed in terms of up to 12 years after operation.
