Abstract:

Efficacy of various drugs (L-arginine, perindopril, losartan and nebivolol) for prophylaxis of restenosis after reconstructive operations on lower limb arteries was investigated in the control study. It is revealed that endotheliotropic therapy decreases the frequency on neointima hyperplasia and shunt thromboses. It is also estimated that polymorphism of some genes has an impact on efficacy of endotheliotropic therapy. Basing on the received results an algorithm for prophylaxis of restenosis in the reconstruction zone and correction of endothelial dysfunction was worked out for patients with obliterates atherosclerosis of lower limb arteries.
