Abstract:

The article presents the first experience of endoscopic stenting of the outlet of the stomach and duodenum (DU) using a distal transparent cap to improve lumen visualization in an unresectable tumor. The intervention technique is described in detail, pre- and postoperative parameters are analyzed, and the scope of application of the technique is discussed based on a literature review.
