A rare clinical case of one of a possible duodenal diverticulum complication is presented. Such the complication was gastrointestinal bleeding, the source of which was the duodenal diverticulum. The well-equipped modern surgical operating room and a relevant professional experience of the surgeons allowed it to perform urgently a radical operation in a minimally invasive way — laparoscopic diverticulectomy.
