During the last years more and мore attention is paid to the management of pregnancy in patients with multiple sclerosis. We reviewed the literature on pregnancy planning and pregnancy management, delivery, breast feeding and postnatal period in patients with multiple sclerosis (MS), mechanisms of natural immunosuppression during pregnancy, potential of diagnostic procedures and medications (including first- and second-line disease-modifying drugs) during pregnancy and after the delivery.
