Objective: to determine whether the immune status of reproductive-aged women with uterine myoma should be corrected at a postoperative rehabilitation stage. Subjects and methods. The pre- and postoperative immune status of patients with uterine myoma was described in relation to tumor growth and structural patterns. Surgery treatment (myomectomy) was performed in 163 reproductive-aged women. Results. Different (hypo- and hyperreactive) immunities were found in patients with rapid tumor growth and destructive changes in the myomatous nodules. Polyoxidonium improving reparative processes in the area of a removed myomatous nodule was postoperatively used to correct immunological parameters.
