Abstract:

Endometrial samples were studied using a Peptosurvim diagnostic kit to determine a correlation of the expression of tumor-specific survivin protein with its natural protein SMAC in 15 patients with endometrial pathology, in 20 - with simple and complex endometrial hyperplasia (EHP) without atypia, in 20 - with high-grade differentiated endometrial adenocarcinoma, in 10 - with endometrial polyps. It was found that the difference in survivin synthesis was insignificant in different morphological forms of EHP, the level of SMAC protein synthesis being unchanged. There was a statistically significant increase in the content of survivin.
