Clinical and X-ray studies of the jaws exhibiting deficit of the bone tissue have demonstrated the possibility of targeted bone regeneration and surgical intervention on an individual basis taking into account specific properties of the osteoplastic materials being used. The adequate preoperative medicamental preparation and the correct choice of a postoperative pharmacotherapeutic modality permits to reduce the frequency of postoperative complications and increases the effectiveness of dental implantation.
