Резюме / Abstract:

Дистрофическая кальцификация — это накопление солей кальция, преимущественно фосфатов, которое может возникнуть в любой части тела. В отличие от других гетеротопических кальцификаций, она возникает в поврежденной ткани при отсутствии нарушений обмена кальция. В статье представлен клинический случай длительного пребывания ринолита в полости носа. Показано, что пусковым механизмом образования кальцификатов синоназальной области является повреждение тканей в результате длительно существующего воспаления или другого патологического процесса. Центром кальцификации может стать не только инородное тело, но и измененные собственные ткани, а также колонии возбудителей грибковой инфекции, подвергнувшиеся некрозу.
