Abstract:

In modern armed conflicts, bullet wounds account for 10% of the total structure of surgical sanitary losses. The article presents a clinical case of successful removal of a foreign body (bullet) from the infratemporal fossa in a patient through endoscopic endonasal transmaxillary approach, as well as a current literature review.
