Abstract:

Osteoma is the most common benign slow growing bone tumor of the paranasal sinuses. Osteomas larger than 30 mm are called giant and are extremely rare. A case of giant osteoma of the ethmoidal labyrinth, deforming but not destroying the surrounding bone structures of the nasal cavity, is presented. The osteoma was removed by endonasal endoscopic approach.
